The camp
Built for the days you remember.
The Alibi is a family place to land in Cocodrie. It is less about getting away from everything than getting back to the right things: time on the water, food around a crowded table, and nowhere else to be and all day to get there.
01
Made for boat days
A launch pad for early departures, late returns, and everything the crew brings back with them.
02
Right on the water
Cocodrie at the doorstep, with the marsh, bayou, and Gulf setting the pace for the whole stay.
03
Room to settle in
Comfortable shared spaces for family meals, game nights, and the stories that improve with every telling.
04
Everything in one place
Weather, tides, fishing links, local stops, and stay requests gathered into one simple camp guide.

The beginning
Clem started the whole thing.
Clem Binnings brought a trailer, boats, and an appetite for fishing and fun to the end of the road. His original camp at Coco Marina became the place, and the krewe, The Alibi carries forward today.
The annual Clem Binnings Award keeps the best misadventures in The Alibi’s record book, celebrating the kind of seamanship and sportsmanship that gets funnier every year.
